A fill-in-the-blank workbook to prepare for taking care of yourself during hard times. When the world is particularly stressful, it might be hard to remember the coping strategies that help you feel better. A self care menu can help you navigate your next depressive episode, illness, unexpected bad news, stressful news cycle, grief, finals week, etc.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
A one page PDF to print and fold yourself, an A5 booklet PDF for larger text printing, and a single-pages PDF. For help folding the one-page version, I recommend searching "8-Page Zine Fold" on YouTube.

Print as many copies as you want for yourself, whenever your menu needs refreshing! I also recommend making a duplicate of your filled-out menu to give a loved one — it can help them check in on you & suggest the coping strategies that work best for you.
